Why do we require address verification?

Updated over 3 months ago

Address verification is an additional regulatory safeguard that allows us to:

  • Confirm residency within permitted jurisdictions

  • Set appropriate deposit limits based on investor status

  • Prevent fraud or misuse of the platform

Requirements:

  • Issued within the last 3 months

  • Shows your full name and current residential address

  • Full-page PDF or photo preferred (no screenshots if possible)

  • The document must be undamaged and clearly show all required information.
If it is edited, incomplete, or unclear, we will not be able to accept it.

Important: Without a verified address, an investor may be limited to a โ‚ฌ1,000 annual deposit cap, in line with AML risk controls.
