Debitum allows investors to cancel an investment only while it is in "Subscribed" status. Once an investment moves to the “Invested” stage, it can no longer be canceled. |
When can I cancel?
You may request to cancel an investment if:
The investment is in "Subscribed" status (typically on the same business day it was made).
You contact Customer Support during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 EEST).
After the subscription period ends and the investment is confirmed as "Invested," it is legally binding and cannot be reversed.
How to request an investment cancellation?
1. Check the status of your investment on the “My Investments” page.
2. If it shows as "Subscribed", contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
3. Make sure you contact support from email address registered on Debitum account.
4. Include the Asset ID and the invested amount in your request.

Why are cancellations not allowed after the Investment?
Once an investment reaches the “Invested” stage, your funds have already been transferred to the asset issuer, and the contractual rights have been assigned. At this point, the transaction is final.
