All interest, regardless of the asset type, is paid monthly at the end of each month.
There are two available asset types on Debitum Investments- BULLET and DECLINING BALANCE. Their repayment schedule is as follows:
BULLET: The borrower settles the entire loan principal amount at the end of the loan term.
DECLINING BALANCE: Borrowers make partial principal repayments every month to decrease outstanding liability progressively.
