Debitum Investments is a regulated platform since September 2021, obtaining an investment brokerage license from the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC).
The license strengthens the stability, transparency and monitoring of the Debitum Investments platform. It also ensures that the government's financial market regulator supervises all platform's activities. While investors, in particular cases, can qualify for investment protection measures, including compensation of up to 90% of the defaulted amount but not more than 20 000 EUR.
