Debitum platform improved: Clearer notifications

Keeping track of your account activity can sometimes be hard, but it really should be simple. That’s why we’ve improved how notifications are organized on Debitum.

Two types of Debitum notifications

Notifications within the platform are now separated into two sections:

  • Messages
Important communication from Debitum that may require your attention.
  • Daily Activity
Routine updates about activity on your account, so you can keep track of what is happening without important messages getting lost among regular notifications.

This separation makes it easier to quickly see what matters and decide when you need to take action.

More important communication in one place

We’re also working on another notifications improvement. In a future update, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) communication will move to Messages.

This will help keep important AML requests and other account-related communication in one place, making them easier to notice and less likely to be missed.

It’s a small change, but a useful one – especially as your activity on Debitum grows and there are more account updates to keep track of.

Clearer notifications also mean less searching and a simpler way to stay on top of your Debitum account.
