How to make a deposit?

We have two types of payment methods:

  • Internet banking

  • Manual bank transfer (SEPA)

1. Internet banking

Step-by-Step Guide:


1. Log in to your Debitum account.

2. Navigate to the Deposit page.

3. Select Internet Banking.

4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.

5. Choose your country and bank from the list.

6. Confirm the payment.

Note: A small transaction fee from the payment provider may apply. The fee will be shown before you confirm.

2. Manual bank transfer (SEPA)

Available for all users within the SEPA zone. Processing may take 1-3 business days, depending on your bank.

Step-by-Step Guide:


1. Log in to your Debitum account and go to the Deposit page.

2. Select Manual Transfer.

3. Copy the provided bank account details:

  • IBAN

  • SWIFT/BIC

  • Recipient name

4. Copy your unique payment reference. This is essential for matching the deposit to your account.

5. Log in to your online banking or mobile app and create a new SEPA transfer.

6. Enter the copied bank details, making sure to include your unique reference in the payment description/message field.

7. Confirm the payment.


​Important:

  • Always make transfers from a bank account held in your own name.

  • If the payment reference is missing or incorrect, your deposit may be delayed or rejected.

  • Joint or company accounts must be pre-approved or verified before use.
