Before requesting a withdrawal from your Debitum Investments account, please ensure the following conditions are met:
1. Bank Account Verification via Manual Transfer
For security reasons, withdrawals can only be sent to bank accounts that have been verified through a manual bank transfer.
A manual bank transfer means you log in to your online banking and make a standard SEPA transfer from your personal bank account to your Debitum account.
This first transfer allows us to verify that the bank account belongs to you and adds it to your Debitum profile for future withdrawals.
Important: Withdrawals can only be made to accounts from which you have previously deposited funds.
2. Available Funds
Only uninvested funds can be withdrawn.
Funds currently invested in assets will remain unavailable until the assets reach maturity or are repaid early.
Step-by-Step Guide to Initiating a Withdrawal
Log in
Go to the Debitum login page and sign in to your account.
Open the Withdrawal Page
From the dashboard, navigate to Withdrawal.
Select a Verified Bank Account
Choose the bank account to receive the funds.
Note: You can only select an account from which you have made a successful manual deposit. To use a new account, first verify it by making a small manual deposit.
Choose the Withdrawal Reason
Select the appropriate reason from the list.
Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Specify the amount you wish to withdraw.
The system will only allow you to withdraw available (uninvested) funds.
Confirm and Submit
Review the details and click Withdraw.
Processing Time
Withdrawals are usually processed within 3 business days, depending on the processing speed of the receiving bank.
You will receive a confirmation email once your withdrawal has been initiated.
