3rd block: SAQ upgrade complete – improved process, stronger compliance
After introducing new Overview page and Loyalty program, we are sharing third block – upgraded Suitability and Appropriateness Questionnaire (SAQ).
This upgrade is a major step forward in making onboarding more user friendly and compliant – without compromising safety or investor protection.
Why did we make this change?
The SAQ helps ensure that every investor understands the products they invest in and that their choices match their experience and financial profile.
However, the old version was long and too complex. The new version reflects feedback from our investors and delivers a much smoother experience.
We listened to our investors and rebuilt the SAQ from the ground up – combining solid compliance with a smooth user experience.
What’s new in the redesigned SAQ
1. Efficient flow
Reduced from 40+ questions to 19. Result – a smoother and user-friendly experience without losing depth or compliance standards.
2. Smarter logic
The SAQ now adapts to each investor, focusing on relevant experience while letting sophisticated users demonstrate their knowledge through other complex assets for a smoother process.
3. Deeper financial insight
The financial section now looks at income, savings and regular expenses to give a clearer view of each investor’s ability to handle losses.
4. “Hard stop” controls
Automated restrictions apply when an investor’s profile does not meet suitability thresholds for specific products or features like Auto invest.
Multi-language support
We’ve also improved translations and language support.
The SAQ is now available in English, Latvian, German, French and Spanish providing a smooth and inclusive experience for our international community.
