Introducing Debitum Flow

Debitum Flow - fixed-income investment with early exit option

Invest for the long term, earn 8% p.a. with daily interest, and keep the option to request a withdrawal before maturity with no exit fees.

Long-term investing works. Compounding does the heavy lifting, and the data on that has never really been in question. But many of us also want the reassurance that, if something changes, there is a way out. That feeling of security matters, even when you never end up needing it.

Debitum Flow is built for both of those truths at once.

Why we built Debitum Flow

We didn’t invent this need. Our investors told us about it through reviews, surveys, and conversations within our community.
People wanted to keep the benefits of long-term investing without feeling completely locked in. So, we built Flow around a simple idea: invest for the long term, while keeping the option to request a withdrawal before maturity if life happens.
And importantly, requesting an early withdrawal comes with no exit fees.

What Debitum Flow is

Debitum Flow is a fixed-income investment designed for a long-term horizon.
You finance real, growing businesses through asset-backed Notes and earn 8% p.a., with interest accruing daily. Your investment remains long term, but you have the option to request a withdrawal before the Notes mature.
That combination is the idea behind Flow: long-term investing, with more flexibility when you need it.

A regulated security

Every Flow investment is a regulated Note: a financial instrument with its own ISIN, issued under a base prospectus and offered through a licensed investment brokerage supervised by the Bank of Latvia.
Debitum Flow falls under MiFID II, the same EU framework that sets the rules for every other investment on our platform.

How withdrawal requests work

If you decide you would like to access your money before maturity, you can submit a withdrawal request directly through Debitum platform.
Requests join a queue and are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Available liquidity comes from new investments entering Flow and from a liquidity buffer maintained by our financing partners for this purpose.

  • Requests of up to €1000 are typically eligible for next-business-day withdrawal.
  • The total withdrawal request limit is €5000 per week.

If only part of your request can be processed, the remaining amount keeps its place in the queue and continues earning interest until settled.
Withdrawal timing depends on available liquidity, so an early withdrawal is not guaranteed.

2. If you want to see exactly how the product works in practice, Product Owner Jevgēnijs Kravčenko takes you through Debitum Flow step by step – from making an investment to submitting and following a withdrawal request.
