Now you can see your entire onboarding journey from the very beginning.

This gives you a clear overview of:

• which steps are mandatory,
• completed steps,
• mandatory steps still remaining,
• additional verification that may be requested later.

The result is a more transparent and easy-to-understand onboarding experience.

What you’ll see on your Debitum profile?

Every investor can now view the complete onboarding process in one place.

The mandatory steps include:

• Email verification,
• Identity verification (IDV),
• Know Your Customer (KYC) questionnaire,
• Suitability & Appropriateness Questionnaire (SAQ).

You’ll also see possible additional verification requirements, including:

• Proof of Address (POA) – confirms your residential address.
• Source of Funds (SOF) – helps verify where the money you invest comes from.

These additional documents are not required for every investor. Depending on your activity and investment volume, they may become necessary later as part of Debitum regulatory obligations.

Seeing these steps in advance helps you prepare if additional verification becomes necessary.
